I'm not so sure that the current environment is the "post-pandemic" environment. Yes, people who would like to work remotely are taking advantage of the pandemic environment to continue to do so when they might not otherwise have been able to, but in places like SF, there's still a COVID-motivated relunctance to force people back into a crowded office. I don't know if we'll ever get to a place where there are zero concerns about COVID, but if so, I suspect things in place like SF might be fairly different than they are today.
